Compagnia dell’Arabica Brasil Santos - 250g Ground Coffee


Amongst all the Brazilian coffees, those originating from the Sao Paulo region belong to the finest quality (called Santos after the name of the harbour and port from where the raw coffee beans are shipped). Originating from the fazendas in Minas Gerais, Santos coffee is reputedly one of the best South-American coffees. Its low acidity, velvety and captivating aroma and its delicate hint of chocolate.  The ideal coffee for breakfast.

Compagnia dell’Arabica Columbia Medellin Supremo - 250g Ground Coffee


This is probably the best-known Colombian coffee thanks to its particularly sweet taste; its name derives from the bean size. Local connoisseurs call it “mild”. It is easily digestible, with its light and delicate taste, its medium acidity, and slightly nutty taste. This coffee is exported under the Federacion Nacional de Cafeteros’ supervision.

Compagnia dell’Arabica Costa Rica Tarrazu - 250g Ground Coffee


This delicate coffee has been grown since 1700 on the mountains of the Tarrazu region, south of San Jose, at an altitude between 1200 and 1700 mt. The great climatic and geographical conditions and the richness of the perfectly drained volcanic soil, offer a great natural habitat for the cultivation of coffee. With its light, clean aroma and distinctive fragrance, Tarrazu coffee is one of the worlds best.

Compagnia dell’Arabica El Savador ‘SHG’ Strictly High Ground - 250g Ground Coffee


The coffee from El Salvador has the typical characteristics of central-american coffees; it has a light body, it is aromatic and extremely fragrant with a slightly sweet taste, a good balance and a low acidity. The best quality is called SHG (Strictly High Grown) and indicates that it is grown at a height above 1200 meters. Just as in Guatemala and Costa Rica, the coffee is classified according to the height of the plantations: the higher the plantation the better the quality.

Compagnia dell’Arabica India Monsooned Malabar - 250g Ground Coffee


Considered the highest quality of the monsooned coffees, Malabar originates from the south coast of India. The name comes from the process of storing harvested green beans in open warehouses, where they are exposed to strong winds for several weeks during the monsoon season.The result is a pale yellow, sweet bean with low acidity. This incredible process makes for exceptionally smooth coffee.

Compagnia dell’Arabica Kenya ‘AA Washed - 250g Ground Coffee


This particular type of Arabica grows only in Kenya, cultivated on its amazing plateaux around 2.000 m. above sea level; after harvesting, this coffee undergoes a special processing method known as “humid”. The double “AA” indicates the size of the beans, bigger than standard. Very intense, strong and aromatic, its decisive taste pleasantly accompanies the end of a good meal.
