Compagnia dell’Arabica Brasil, Minais Gerais, Ipiranga Estate - 250g Organic Ground Coffee


Coffee from controlled and certified organic estate.  The Ipiranga estate is in the region of Guaranesia in Minas Gerais, Brazil.  In this incontaminated tropical paradise at an altitude of between 850 and 1200 meters, where wild animals and wonderful birds live undisturbed, the coffee ripens naturally on the plant in the sun and is harvested by hand.

There is no use of chemicals on the estate.  The coffee has a good acidity, a soft and pleasant sweet body.

From the finest arabica beans, Mapanga "AAA" comes from a single plantation situated in Malawi, a small southeast African state. Coffee has been cultivated in this area since 1890, but production remains limited so as to preserve its extraordinary quality. Cultivated and processed with extreme attention and meticulousness, this coffee is rich in body with a full and fragrant aroma, slightly fruity. Compagnia dell’Arabica Indonesia, Sumatra, Gayo Mountain Estate- 250g Ground Coffee


Coffee from controlled and certified organic estate.  This coffee is produced in the region of Aech on the Takengon highlands Sumatra,  also called Gayo Highlands named after the people which lived there.  The coffee is organic and the association of producers is called “Persatuan Petani Kopi Gayo Organic”.  Its full flavour, rich and spicy aroma are suitable any time of the day, especially after dinner.  This coffee from the Gayo estate is Fairtrade certified.

Compagnia dell’Arabica Brazil, Lagoa, Minais Gerais Estate - 250g Ground Coffee


The Lagoa farm is located in the South of Minas Gerais, a region which is known for its special coffee, its healthy climate and its pure mineral waters. The Farm has 220 hectares of coffee at an altitude between 900 and 1200 mt., and 600 hectares of tropical rain forests. The present owners, the great-grandchildren of the founding Vieiras, have dedicated themselves to the production of specialty coffees, giving special attention to the careful hand picking of the best berries and a delicated process of natural drying, thus attaining a high standard of quality. This single Estate coffee is of “Mundo Novo” and “Catuai” variety and is processed by the “pulped natural” method, in which the outer skin of the coffee is removed immediately after picking, but the beans are sun dried with the pulp of the fruit still clinging to them, which accentuates body and sweetness.
